Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on Großküchen Direkt (grosskuechendirekt.de), an online shop of Bear Wood BV, Patersstraat 10, 9255 Buggenhout, België, VAT BE 0700.651.883, e-mail info@grosskuechendirekt.de. By ordering you accept these terms.

1. Offer and prices

We sell genuine products of SARO Gastro-Products GmbH. All prices are in euro, including VAT and including delivery in Germany. The struck-through price is the manufacturer's recommended retail price including VAT; our price is shown next to it. Obvious errors in price or description do not bind us; in that case we contact you and you may cancel free of charge.

2. Order and contract

The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, an item that cannot be supplied or a failed payment; amounts already paid are refunded in full.

3. Payment

You pay when ordering by card, PayPal or bank transfer. With bank transfer we ship after the amount has been received. Business customers receive an invoice showing VAT.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made by the manufacturer or a carrier, directly from the warehouse. Small items are sent by parcel service, large items on a pallet. Pallets are delivered kerbside at an address a truck can reach; delivery does not include carrying the goods inside, placement or connection. We confirm the expected delivery time by e-mail after your order and keep you informed of any delay.

5. Check on receipt

Check the packaging and the product on delivery. Note visible damage on the delivery note and report damage or an incomplete delivery within 48 hours by e-mail to info@grosskuechendirekt.de, with photos. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The conditions and procedure are on the page Returns and right of withdrawal. Business customers have no right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty

Consumers have the statutory two-year guarantee of conformity. In addition, SARO's manufacturer warranty applies under the conditions supplied with the product. For business customers SARO's manufacturer warranty applies. Report a defect by e-mail with the invoice number, item number and a description; we arrange handling with the manufacturer. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear is excluded.

8. Retention of title and liability

Delivered products remain our property until paid in full. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order, except in case of intent, gross negligence or mandatory statutory liability. Have professional equipment installed and connected by a qualified installer.

9. Privacy

We process your data only to handle your order, as described in our privacy policy.

10. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to info@grosskuechendirekt.de; we reply within 14 days. Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Belgian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. The courts of the consumer's place of residence or, for business customers, the courts of Dendermonde (Belgium) have jurisdiction.
