Returns and right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from an order within 14 days of receipt. This page explains how it works and what is refunded.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right, inform us (Bear Wood BV, Patersstraat 10, 9255 Buggenhout, België, info@grosskuechendirekt.de) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e-mail or letter). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. The deadline is met if you send your communication before the period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

We reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery), not later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not incur any fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back not later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your withdrawal, complete, unused and in the original packaging. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods; for items delivered on a pallet we arrange collection on request and charge the actual cost, estimated between 60 and 250 euro depending on the appliance and distance. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Do not send anything back before contacting us: we give you the correct return address, usually the manufacturer's warehouse.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, nor to business customers buying for professional purposes.

Damage or defect

If the product arrives damaged or is defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery to info@grosskuechendirekt.de with photos and the invoice number. We arrange replacement, repair or refund with the manufacturer at no cost to you.
